Cancellation Policy

- CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel said order, please contact us directly to check if you are eligible for a cancellation. Admart does reserve the right to decline cancelation request/s by the client if the order has entered into the shipping process or if the order has been duly delivered to the client.
- Cancellations do carry a standard 25% cancellation fee for the full value of the outstanding balance of the order.
- If you have not yet paid for your order, you can automatically cancel said order by going to your orders page, select the applicable order you wish to cancel and click “Cancel Order”.
- No Cancellations will be accepted for any Media products that have already been executed.
- No Cancellations will be accepted for any production that have already been produced, procured and/or branded in accordance with the agreed order placed with Admart.
- No Cancellations will be accepted for any Studio Hours that have already been worked in i.e if you have booked studio time for artwork to be created, Admart will need to evaluate the work completed to date and will only be able to credit for any work not yet completed at that time.
- No Cancellations will be accepted if the order is within the last 2 (two) weeks of the booked campaign.
- No Cancellations will be accepted for any delays caused by any Act of God. However, Admart will do everything in our power to ensure you the advertiser still get true value for your order.
- CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION
- Upon confirmation from our office that your order has been duly cancelled or upon cancellation of an order before payment has been made, we will send confirmation correspondence to the email address listed on your respective account.
- To view your history of your cancelled orders, visit “Your Order” under Cancelled Orders tab.
- Should your cancelled order not appear on you account profile, you can request a confirmation of cancellation from our cancellations department
- CANCELLATION TERMS FOR MEDIA ADVERTISING (TV, RADIO, PRINT, OUTDOOR)
- All Media products have a minimum of 7 (seven) days’ notice of cancellation for any orders that have already been paid for and scheduled.
- Media booked for 1 (one) month or longer will carry a minimum of 3 (three) months’ notice of cancellation. Admart will do everything in it’s ability to shorten this duration however, this is in the hands and at the discretion of the respective media owners.
- In the event of any unexpected delays caused by the Media Owner, Admart will first ensure the value of the order is upheld by the media owner thus, ensuring you the advertiser get true value for your order.
- CANCELLATION TERMS FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND STUDIO WORK
- Website development and our creative studio is costed based on specialised human hours. Each product sold on Admart is looked at and assessed based on our most efficient time frames to complete the order.
- Cancellations will need to be evaluated based on the amount of hours already committed to the work and executed at that respective stage. The hours that have not been executed will be eligible for a refund.
- A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged based on the outstanding work to still be completed.
- CANCELLATION TERMS FOR DISPLAY, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, WORKWEAR AND PPE
- Orders that are cancelled before stock is picked or sent out for branding will have a 25% cancellation fee.
- Any stock that is faulty, defective or of a poor quality can be returned for evaluation and/or assessment. After one of our quality specialists has evaluated the concern, Admart will be in contact with you regarding your concerns.
- Any products that are branded can not be returned or cancelled.
